Discussing the New Franchise Release of ReCore

The brainchild of Keiji Inafune, the genius behind Megaman, ReCore is a new action platform game recently released on Xbox. The game developers say that they have taken extra steps to get players massively involved in the game. Their reasoning is simple: the popularity of role-playing action games has dropped dramatically in the last few years. It would seem that gamers are no longer interested in this genre.

ReCore is a third person shooter game. Developers spent time designing their new world, Far Eden, with various adventures to entice gamers to keep on playing. Furthermore, according to official reports on game development the main character of Joule Adams, whom they liken to Rey from the new Star Wars movie, was given the most focus – although representatives of the game say that they developed the character long before the Star Wars film came out. Yet, they find the response to Rey’s character encouraging; apparently there is clamor for a strong female main character.

Additionally, ReCore was released at a significantly reduced price. This is for the benefit of new gamers who are yet unfamiliar with these types of games. Compared to the other blockbuster new titles from established franchises such as Halo and Call of Duty, ReCore sold for around US $20 less.
The lure is certainly there. Many gaming enthusiasts waited for ReCore’s release and were fueled by their curiosity. But while the future of the game is uncertain, but the game’s developers hope that the world and characters they created will speak for themselves.

What Was Up With That Drubbing? On The Cavaliers' Latest 17-Point Loss

Let’s call it a cavalier disregard for the team that hosts LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and the newly minted Eastern Conference Player of the Week, Kevin Love. The Milwaukee Bucks, scarcely intimidated, oozed into an 118-101 win against the defending NBA champs, the Cleveland Cavaliers. It was an odd way for the latter to crash out of a four-game winning streak.

Of course, bleacher mainstays can easily chalk this up to freak occurrence. But it wasn’t like J.R. Smith’s second quarter napping to cozy up to a pal in the sidelines was all of the damage. That blip merely permitted an easy dunk for the Bucks and one of the many unguarded moments for the Cavs, who suffered severe turnover-itis. James could only hang his head in frustration for the nearly seven times the ball slipped between his fingers. He has been forming the habit this season.

Meanwhile, the Bucks’ Gianni Antetokounmpo roared into an impressive 34-point display. The Cavs’ starting bench, poured into the third quarter, could not stanch an 11-point lead that eventually ballooned to 22 points in the fourth. The final whistle would be the cruelest indictment of James’ 22 points and Irving’s 20.

Complacency might have brought the Cavs to this point. With everything going well and prognostics for a repeat championship title up, the Cavs have shown themselves light-fingered with their tight lineup in the recent game. Smith’s talent tank has been leaking with awful scoring of late. And James, blessed as his team is with shooters now, has been remiss in his duties as a legend in the making--- good, but not good enough for Jason’s kids this time.

Against The Odds: The Challenging 2016 Game Schedule Of Ohio State

Without a doubt, the Ohio State Buckeyes are among the best teams in college football today. They have avoided being on the losing side of the conference for the longest time. No other team has been able to achieve what the Buckeyes have been doing year after year. This is mainly because of their recruitment powers and spending ability. Their coach, Urban Meyer, is a master strategist as well. That is why every Ohio State fan can always keep an optimistic and hopeful outlook. However, looking at the 2016 schedule, Ohio has a lot more on its plate as compared to the other squads.

Buckeyes will be seeded against the Oklahoma Sooners; the highest ranked non-conference opponent that the Buckeyes have faced for the last five seasons, in their adversary’s home court on Week Three. Right off the bat, the Buckeyes will be up against Bowling Green who are the preseason favorite in the MAC East Division because of their 10-4 finish last season, with an additional MAC Championship after beating Northern Illinois.

Other noteworthy rivals are Wisconsin, Penn State, and Michigan State. Ohio has to play all of them on the road, and none of those names is a walk in the park. Special mention to the Spartans of Michigan as they were the only team who were able to beat the Buckeyes by scoring a last-second field goal in the 2015 season, besting them 17-14 and breaking Ohio State’s 23-game win streak.

Explore The Benefits Of Playing Online Video Games

According to a report by Spil Games, about 700 million internet users, or almost half of the world's online population, play online games. Aside from entertainment and improvement in hand-eye coordination, the benefits of playing online video games are legion:

They create new relationships and strengthen existing ones: Many online games allow players to interact with each other through chatting, trading items, and creating strategies together to win an online battle. Playing online games gives players the chance to meet new people and foster their sense of camaraderie and teamwork. It also bonds friends and families who are miles apart by giving them a platform to battle each other in various online games or teaming up to win against an opposing team. It's a fun way to stay connected with each other despite the long distance.

They encourage historical appreciation: There are online games that actually utilize historical events as inspiration for their storyline. This website provides tons of free online historical games such as “1066: The Game,” a strategy game inspired by the British battles in 1066; “Inca Investigation,” which gives the players the chance to discover the life in Huanuco Pampa by exploring excavated buildings and examining ancient artifacts; and “Parthenon” in which players can practice their architectural skills by building their own Parthenon.

They improve problem-solving skills and creativity: According to a study by a Silicon Valley research group, playing video games promotes cognitive learning for students and also improves reaction time and pattern discrimination. For instance, the popular multiplayer online game, World of Warcraft, lets players strategize how to win against opponents and customize their own gaming experience.

Parents and guardians should properly guide their children when it comes to playing video games to prevent addiction and violent behavior.

New Careers In Health IT

A 2013 study from University of Illinois at Chicago's (UIC) Online Masters of Health Informatics program projected that 50,000 health informatics workers will be needed by the year 2018-2020. The healthcare industry’s intersection with the fields of information technology and business has paved the way for the creation of more jobs that will manage the vast flow of data provided by patients and medical professionals. This multidisciplinary approach has led to the need for personnel who will manage different aspects for health informatics related to nursing, medicine, pharmaceuticals, and public health among others.

As the roles in the industry evolve, as seen in this infographic, there is a need for more IT managers, especially in the areas of product development, compliance, solutions, and analyses. Medical professionals trained in the field of IT should also be deployed. These roles are expected to reduce operational costs and provide more accurate diagnoses to maintain the quality of delivered care. Developing software products will allow the industry to detect the specific needs of the market while providing solutions rapidly.
Healthcare IT strategies are being carried out to facilitate widespread use for medical professionals and patients. Tracking one’s health progress can be easily done these days thanks to software, apps, and other innovations, thanks to the rise of healthcare informatics.
